I also found the Roku UX/UI to be way better. Anyone can use a Roku.
Roku sucks with Twitch and can't do HBO max. Only reasons I still have a chromecast even though I use Roku for everything else.
My Prime student is finally set to expire. Does anyone know if they offer deals on Prime membership or the "gift of prime" - I prefer the gift of prime this way I can use gift card credit

1. Reset the device. (Must do before contacting them)
2. Call or chat with the customer service. Tell them that some of the streaming apps are crashing. (They genuinely did for me). Have them send a replacement.
3. Dont send the replacement and get charged $26.xx for the not returned unit after 30 days. (Yes you wont be charged $52.xx. You will be charged $26.xx. I confirmed with them).
