Your comments are very helpful. So this is a 2020 model correct?
You are saying also this model on sale and the 2020 model TU7000 model are the same except for the cable management, correct?

Looks like time to retire my 55" Sony

I almost bought the 75" LG from Costco, but that is x2 the price
Will see how this one turns out

No problem. Yeah the letter "T" indicates it's a 2020 model vs last years "R" this is just the holiday version of the TU7000. They change a couple small things, but feature and spec wise it's the same thing as the TU7000.

Just curious. What does the 7 series give you over the 6 series

Looks like HDR 10+ and other minor features on the 6 series.

Would like to know the difference between 7 and 6 for this too, if any. The specs on the 6 page sound better than the 7; but who knows could be a bad write up.

Just do the comparison
Looks like the 6 series is newer since it supports Apple TV, Netflix, etc..

Yeah, just did a bit more research, and it seems the HDRpro of the more expensive model is not viewed as good as the HDR+ of the 6 series.

I need to replace a tcl 65" 6 series I got last year because it got damaged in a move, how does this tv compare to that? I'll probably miss things like local dimming but I'm thinking of biting at this price.

I highly doubt it, but does anyone know if this will be compatible with the new PS5 and Xbox X series?
