    It's better than I expected actually - as for the kindle trade-in I applied $50 promo (which is 20% of the original prime not prime-day price), for prime savings it $10.00, Whole foods credit is $10.00, App second purchase is $10.00, Deal of the day is $75.00 a total of $155.00

    So I am getting it for $100 (incl. tax). However I am wondering why my small business and amazon 4-star promos were not applied.

    If I'm not mistaken, the "kindle trade in" is the 20% discount while the gift card is the trade in amount.

    32gb is pretty huge for the tiny kindle mobi files. But I've been out of the loop for a few years. Do they let you store audio books on these now that you would need the 32gb?

    Just trying to figure if the 32gb is a gimmick or if you really need all that space now.
