I wasn't bashing your post Smilie Just giving more info for those who didn't know haha. Yeah, this collection is gorgeous but I'm going to wait for now. I don't think it has any extras other than the ones included on past releases?

I did end up buying this. For $100, worth it. Great point about the 4k set coming out next year. I imagine it may be a few years before the full UHD set is similarly priced on sale.

my bad hard to tell sometimes on the internet =D seems like all the extras are the same. but the box set looks amazing! That's what i got it for

Yeah, that collection will be launching next summer and wouldn't be surprised if it will probably be $30 a film so at a minimum $179 but probably closer to $229 or more based on the price of this collection.

4K set will be cool, but I'm not interested in this deal just because I have all the extended versions with the Hobbit trilogy in 3D. I know 3D isn't cool anymore, but the Hobbit trilogy is so good that way! And both trilogies are the best ever if you like to watch the behind the scenes featurettes and extras. These discs get rewatched the most out of any of my others except for maybe the Attenborough documentaries...so I'd say this set is a great deal if you don't need the 4K!
