File an inquiry with the USPS if you haven't already. If it is merely misplaced, that will often jiggle it out of wherever it's sitting. You can do that 7 days after you shipped it. It's also the first step to file a lost package issue with the USPS.
Note that because this is sent First Class Mail, the USPS will only do so much (because they aren't on the hook for insurance).
But also note that because T-Mobile gives you that label, and because it says right on the label that you can't add services (like insurance), it's pretty much on them if the item gets lost in the mail after being scanned by the USPS.
Assurant has been pretty slow assessing the phones as well. I had another phone delivered to them on Dec 1 and it's still not been assessed.
I handed the exchange phone off to the USPS teller on Dec 1 (scanned on Dec 1).
it just got delivered on Dec 15. It was in Coppell, TX for eight days.
Two weeks for a First Class package isn't very good. But at least it arrived.
Oh okay.

on a similar but different note, my other i12 rebate trade-in was successfully processed on tmo's end. however, wirecard somehow messed up the ach xfer to my checking acct, resulting in a ach trace case being opened. $200 xfer was never received by my checking acct or returned to the virtual debit card. tmo better own up to this bc i've wasted more than enough time trying to get to the bottom of this nonsense. arghhhh.

1) iphone 12 - trade-in was successfully received in the standard amount of time and properly processed. Received wirecard $200 virtual debit card and successfully transferred to my checking account in a couple biz days.
2) iphone 12 - trade-in was successfully received in the standard amount of time and properly processed. Received wirecard $200 virtual debit card but the ACH transfer to my checking account never hit, and it was never returned to the virtual debit card. A case was opened 3+ weeks ago and an ACH trace was initiated. Still no resolution...
3) iphone 12 pro max - USPS either lost my phone or it was severely delayed bc it took over a month for my rebate to get processed. I eventually received access to the $200 virtual debit card but didn't bother trying to ACH transfer to my checking account for this one (no way I'm gonna attempt that again after the nonsense I'm already dealing with for rebate #2). Instead, I requested a check to be mailed, which I feel is a much safer alternative, unfortunately... Hopefully, that doesn't get "lost" in the mail... Estimated Delivery: 7-10 biz days.
We have been T-mobile customers for more than 5 years (this was the first promo for accounts started before 11/2015). Their justification for the denial... 2 years ago we switched to a military discount plan, and in the process we had to switch account holders (to the person in the family who is the veteran), all same phone numbers same customers.

I had this occur, reach out to T-Mobile support and they can guide you.
Question: anyone who sent in their phone, received their $200 and received the 50% discount as bill credits; are you seeing a trade in value of $0.00?
Also receiving $10 each month (total $300) for trade in.
