My 16GB iPhone 6 got delivered on the 21st and today I got the Assurant message confirming it's complete, getting $0.0 one time trade in value which is expected, so should be good on that front.

Just checked my loyalty rebate status and it's still showing received, so I guess it'll take a little bit time for T-Mobile to process that, as it requires the trade in to be completed.

Pretty much the iPhone6 has been processed and should qualify for the trade-in monthly credits and possibly the $200 MasterCard too if they qualified for that. For T-Mobile it's usually easier to look at total monthly credits received to see how much you're getting back.

How are you able to check the status of your $200 loyalty prepaid card? I'm also still awaiting this.

The current offer is now up to $830 if adding a line. On the T-Mobile chat, they told me my Select Choice plan is eligible after I added a new $5/mo talk line I needed. However, my iphone7 plus is now worth only $450 instead of $530. Does this make sense that Select Choice would be eligible?

My iphone was delivered on Dec 2 according to USPS but has not been received by Assurant. After 2 months, my monthly credit I was receiving for the sent in phone was canceled and have not received the $200 either. Been on the phone with Tmobile multiple times and so far they have said everything is fine, but all evidence is pointing to a lost phone and no credit and not rebate. Not a happy camper.

I say be patient, but make sure the proper promo is applied. I realized the CSR during ordering had applied the wrong promo code and I was only getting the discount on one phone and not two. It's with the escalation now and it should be fixed this week... You always have to double check everything 5 times when you order.
