If you are not a heavy data user, say less than 3GB monthly, major savings are available. I was with Verizon and all the costs just kept adding up. Monthly fee, line fee, 911, taxes, regulatory, on and on....

Is Xfinity right for everyone, no. Is it right for savers who don't use a phone constantly for streaming, for video, for online gaming, for regular Google mapping; yes it is.

My monthly bill is between $16 and $28, just depends on data usage. Locations I had a problem with Verizon service are the same locations I have problems with Xfinity, but those are very, very few.

My Verizon bill, no matter what was around 60 per line. Don't need to pay all that money to pad someone else's pockets.

Look at your monthly data avg., to see what makes cents and dollars.

Is it just me, or is there no way to see your actual phone orders when logging into your account? I bought a phone from them two years ago but I can't remember if I could find the order in my account and I don't see any order history to see that one either. The only thing I received was the emails, which don't have ship dates.
Go to the Billings heading, and scroll down to the bottom to where it says Orders. You should see your order history there.

Thank you, I totally missed that. No ETAs here either, unfortunately.

How does Xfinity mobile compare to Verizon prepaid, i realize they sit on the same network just trying to understand whether I will be deprioritized further if i make the swithch. I am currently paying $45 + 6.96 in fees for 16gb verizon prepaid which is plenty for me and am shopping against Xfinity unlimited plan. Trying to understand if the extra $250 is worth it

how much of the 16 GB do you use? XM 10 GB plan is $60 for all your lines combined. $30 for 3GB

Current customer now with my own working phone, can I get the Iphone SE (pay in full) and not have to activate it and get it unlocked after 30 days and wait for prepaid $250 in 90 days? i plan to gift the phone to someone. TIA
You have to activate the phone on your account within 30 days. Then you will have to have service on that device for 90 days to retain the 250 prepaid card. The prepaid card doesn't come for 16-18 weeks.

Only the Unlimited plans are subject to deprioritization.

I actually had this same question so I called them up and after checking with a supervisor, they said no. This really stinks for those not currently near their service address. They really need to find another way to allow us to authorize another mailing address.
I just saw on the xfinity webpage that you can add the other person as a manager on the account and then they can pick up the phone - see link below

I ordered my IPhone 12 15 minutes after the pre-order window opened and have not received any updates about its status it looks like there will be a delay in receiving these devices...

They ship via FedEx, so if you sign up for their free notification service/app you might see your packages being prepped. I see tracking status for both of the phones I ordered (128GB Pros, one silver, one pacific blue) and their ETA is Friday. I ordered within 5 minutes of pre-orders being available.

Should be 12+ data you use above 1gig if you are using xfinity. Not sure how much they charge for each line if you're not in xfinity though.
