edit: it's here: https://www.healthline.com/health...phosphorus.

edit again: well, turns out this product is full of low-quality, non-absorptive mag and calcium. This is bottom-of-the-barrel cheap shite.

Good to take with D3?

EDIT: ' If you're looking to get more vitamin D in your diet, take it with a side of magnesium. That mineral appears to help regulate levels of vitamin D, which in turn manages the levels of other minerals such as calcium '

If you add 2 to the cart, you get the option of $2 credit; no rush shipping.

Add 3 and get a $3 no-rush credit! Cheap enough to try, but I don't like having to take 3 a day.

3 caps just to get one low dose serving. Better off with something else even at $2.

The back label says that the product contains 600 IU of D3

Also, note that not all forms of calcium are created equal. This product contains the economical calcium carbonate and calcium gluconate. After doing some research, I settled on calcium citrate, even though it costs more. There is plenty of information available if you want to look into the various forms of calcium, and decide which one is best for you.
