I used to run Antecs years ago and never had any issues.
I had a green version and it died and got replaced under warranty then died again. Before that never had issues. But whatever line I bought was knownto have high failure rates. Also that was 13 years ago.

I also bought a green version years ago the EA-650 green, I didn't have any problems with reliability but stopped running it after a couple years because it had a surprisingly high chance of catching on fire. Unfortunately it never got enough attention for a recall and I chickened out because saving 40 or 50 bucks by continuing to use it wasn't worth it.
Do not cheap out on a power supply. A failure can take our other components with it. I've made some budget rigs but I stick with very reputable power supplies to protect my investment.
Have bought several Antecs since early 2000. The only one failed TP550 from a thunderstorm power outage and Antec was able to replace it. No negatives I can think of right now. Been using a 430w HIgh current gamer Antec in my old socket775 for gaming on a GTX660 Quad 9xxxx and it's still running. Also an old 1kwatt model a eart series and a basic which came with a case I bought.

Antec used to be a reputable power supply company. They may very well still be.
I have 2 eco 520's I bought like 10 years ago (as I recall, they were rebadged Seasonics?) for like $25 each. One was used in (like the poster above) my 1st Gen i7 build and it was still going strong until I upgraded recently... then I transferred the old Antec to my kid's budget build, and opened up the other one for use in my build.
Edit: if the antec in the OP was modular I would have bought it in a heartbeat, even for like 20 bucks more. I like the Eco 520 I have, but it isn't modular so that sucks.
