Just uploaded an image of it. No mention of new line requirements. Last year's deal upgrades were allowed. That said, GC took a while to come in for some, and device payment didn't start for 6 months.

Not a bad deal. Seems like you're getting Walmart GC instead of the monthly credits the carriers offer you. Hopefully in store is only for the XS and XS Max?

You are added to installment plan, but it's not bill credits so you should be able to pay it all off.

Last year's Sam's deal was similar but it was for the iPhone 11, whereas Walmart did it on the iPhone Xr.

So hopefully Sam's will do it on the iPhone 12/mini/Pro.
