In what minimum plan (ex,: $30 plan) should I be in, when activated in one of those carriers (AT&T or Verizon or Sprint? And, for how many months should I stick to the plan? Any information provided is highly appreciated.

Can someone please explain how this deal works to me like I'm slow, I don't seem to get what's going on with it or how to redeem it but I am interested in an XS max or 11 max

Can anyone confirm that I'd be able to port a Total Wireless number to Verizon to get the 11 Pro Max since it's Verizon-network MVNO?

You buy a phone from (apparently online or in store) Walmart during the timeframe specified. You select carrier financing when buying the phone from Walmart. You then get an electronic gift card (from Walmart) for whatever amount is specified in the ad (again, apparently, within 24 hours). At that point your transaction with Walmart is done and you need to make whatever payments specified in the financing agreement to your carrier. So you can then do pretty much whatever you want (pay the phone off immediately, continue to make payments for however long you want until the balance is paid off, etc). No offense, but it's really quite simple. I suspect you might be overthinking things a bit. Hope that helps!

So a dumb question- how much goes out of pocket? How much is the device price. Appreciate any inputs here.

No mention of unlimited. Last year's upgrade deal you did not have to change plans.

Any in stock. Last year, you had all sizes available. Sam's one day deal last year had 128 and 256 only.

You're supposed to get the eGC 24 hours after activation if in store, or one week after receiving the phone if online.

Last year, in store activations had the eGC sent right away. Online activations we had to wait 3+ weeks.

In any case, you cannot use the eGC to pay for the device or lower the installments.

AFAIK new activations will need to be done in person. But you're better off doing a new customer deal with AT&T.

Walmart eGift Card
Pardon me, but whats "AFAIK"?

Is it possible to order Sprint online? I can find Verizon and AT&T only but not Sprint on Walmart.com.

good summary, I think there are several people with unlocked phones on prepaid service looking to upgrade via this deal. So they would want to know about activating and paying off a phone and line they really don't want or need and the unlock guidance to allow them to drop their old sim in here and use on their old prepaid plan.

I did it online and it was really easy. I selected the phone I wanted and then signed up for the 30 months installment plan. I forgot exactly how long it took to get the eGC but it was fairly fast. I have already paid off the phone so thinking about doing this offer again lol.

If I understand it correctly.
If I buy an iPhone 11 and port my number to sprint with the cheapest $35 plan

After 50 days of service, I can ask sprint to unlock the device and port out my number?

So, the total cost would be the phone + $70 plan for two months +taxes, right?
Any other fees?
