Is anyone else facing the same problem. How do I figure this out. Store has 64GB available but I would like to get 128gb which seems to be in stock online

If you paid in full means u are under no contract... if u chk in verizon app, u wont see pay off link under account section now and it shld get auto unlocked after 60 days

Previously 2 years ago iPhone was not *locked unless you put in a particular sim. People were inserting Cricket sim in a new unopened Verizon phone.

I do not believe this works any longer. I tried earlier in the year and my cricket SIM did NOT work with a Verizon out of the box iphone. Had to return.

Had the same thing happened to me. I made sure the address is up to date in Verizon app. Went to screen that had error and went back to the credit check screen. Repeated entering codes and the address error was fixed.

Since your buying brand new you may want to get AppleCare instead. It may be a bit more expensive but it covers a lot and if you want to sell these in a year the AppleCare is transferable and helps is sell for more.

Apple support is also really easy to deal with, other places sometimes make it really hard to actually get the device fixed or replaced.
