I bought the last year's model and use it all the time. We actually prefer it over a charcoal grill for burgers. For $100 it's a great value.

We do the same thing. Burgers are amazing on griddles. We do sausage peppers and onions often too. Certain foods are just better on the griddle and more convenient

Not really. A frying pan is too small, & you'd need a power source to heat your pan up while away from home.

If you're cooking all of that on a 22" griddle, you must be cooking mini-sizes of everything.

Umm.....yeah I think you may be speaking of the fullsize grill because you most certainly can't cook that on the 22" unless you have some kind of magic shrink / expand ray for the before and after...

No it does not. LOL Your little pan is not physically capable of holding the same amount of food compared to 330 square inches of a 22 inch griddle.
