Amazon has/had so many of these available. This is a fair and reasonable deal.

No. I tried it and my wife broke free of the bands.

50 lb is maximum weight.

It's a great deal. I got it on "sale" for $9.99 for a 11-piece for 10-15-20-25-30 lb. But this one is 10-20-30-40-50 so it's for those who are really strong. Considering covid, I'm surprised they didn't jack the price up.

In for 1. If these are strong and don't tear easily this will be a great deal.

If you work out at home get these. I bought the same set at full price at the start of COVID. The bands work well once you figure out exercises to do with them but there was a decent learning curve for me. I also bought extra handles so I didn't have to constantly switch it.

I just bought these last week and they're solid for the price. Well worth $9. However I'm pretty sure the weight is inaccurate. I strapped about "80 lbs" worth and curled no problem... I can't curl 80lb dumbbells. However I mounted an eye hook on the wall and ceiling so now I gives me a variety of workouts with these bands!

They don't equate to the dumbbells per se. Resistance band and the training are about wearing u down over time. Maybe u might be olympian level but these things can be extremely hard.. like doing abdominals or Chuck Liddell overhand right resistance. They can push one to the limits of doing a good program.
