The storage compartment and pouch are great. I keep wallet/keys in there. Range finder and balls in the mesh pouch, tons of room.
Phone holder is great especially if you use a GPS or scoring app.
The swivel wheel is front moves very freely and is super smooth to maneuver on flat land. There's an easy lever to lock the wheel in the straight position. It's a bit of a "process" to lock the wheel, basically you have to get the front wheel straight first, then lock it in and listen for the click. It's not a big deal at all, but it's not a mechanism that just locks the wheel immediately or moves it to a straight position.
The large canvas bag is nice for a jacket and some extras. The "cooler" is a lightly insulated pocket. It holds 3 cans snugly, I have a thin ice pack I can put in and then also barely fit 2 cans. It does ok and keeping cool but it's nothing special. It has a couple drain holes too, so if you put ice in, it drains out, this also hurts it's insulating abilities though.
The cart folds down pretty well. It folds into a similar size to comparable 4 wheeled models, the swivel wheel makes it a bit bigger. It's not too heavy to lift in an out of the car. One annoyance is that the cart doesn't seem to lock in the folded position so you have to be strategic with where / how you grab it out of storage or the car so that it doesn't unfold on you. There's no obvious point to grab it from when folded. I've also found some ways to use the straps to lock the cart in the folded position so I don't have to worry about it.
Overall though, love the cart, especially at this price. I have 2 different bags, one stand bag and one cart bag and they each fit just fine. The cart holds them in just fine without the optional top retaining strap. I'll only use that if I'm on a particularly "hilly" track that I know I'll be letting the bag run down hills on it's own.
My group and I cover many courses walking in 4-4.5 hours on weekends with waits on half the tee boxes. You do you homie.

Buddy has this 3 wheel one, and the courses we play it seems like his is easier to turn with the swivel front wheel. And I like how this is the one click fold. The 4 wheels has 2 different locations it folds at and is kinda awkward to expand all the way.
