Dude this is bro science. Zinc and Mag do not by themselves increase testosterone levels at all. It does help with sleep though. This is also mostly Mag oxide which is the worst absorbing mag you can get (2-4% gets absorbed). You're better off buying mag citrate and zinc separately and just taking them together.

Since I know you will ask here is the link to the studies on it: https://www.healthline.com/nutrit...erformance
Good for a morning wood
One of the most important aspects of supplementing with ZMA is timing. I have always recommended taking it about 1 hour before bed and 1-2 hours after you eat. This will not only help to maximize its uptake and utilization, as clinical research confirms, but taking ZMA at this time of day will also enhance sleep quality.

It's critical that you do not take ZMA with any food, particularly food rich in calcium, like dairy. Both zinc and magnesium are poorly absorbed when taken with food. Sometimes, it's a two-way street. Calcium, for example, interferes with zinc uptake while zinc interferes with the absorption of amino acids. One way to enhance the uptake of ZMA is to take it with 5 mg of BioPerine, a black pepper extract that's been found to enhance absorption.

True story, I was on keto for 8-9 month strict. Libido went down, rarely got that thing in the morning. Went back to semi normal diet, stopped limiting carbs. Body functions returned to normal. Maybe coincidence due to diet, not sure

This stuff will increase your natural T levels if you're off balance prior to taking, helps with my REM sleep too. Don't take with milk products because calcium can render it more inactive

Irish Moss, Sea Moss and Bladderwrack 100 Capsules 1600 mg | Thyroid Support | Digestive Health | Immune Support | Non-GMO... i use that before bed and gel when i wake up. once in while will do the melatonin generic gummies. ZMA was great for me too. Vivid good dreams were fine. When the dreams got a bit dark it wasn't worth the sleep benefits.

I found this stuff on eBay last year and gave a couple bottles a try. It's freaking outstanding. Take a look at the ingredient list. Also, let me know If you know of any products with the same profile for cheaper. This one is imported from Poland I believe which is why it is on eBay.

Anyway, I slept so good with this stuff.

The T boost aspect is a bit of snake oil, but they're still good minerals to take anyway, albeit a little pricier when packaged like this. I'm still in for one, it's very convenient.

FWIW, this is a 2 month supply for men, 3 for women if taken as directed.
