"I was recently in the market for a soundbar and spent a couple weeks determining the best one to pair with my 65" Samsung 8 Series. I knew I wanted a Samsung and then pared it down from there.
I first looked at the T Series which are the low to mid budget range 2020 models. ($150-$400)
HW-T450 - 2.1ch, 200W, Left Speaker, Right Speaker, Sub, Dolby Audio, no HDMI ARC
HW-T550 - 2.1ch, 320W, Left Speaker, Right Speaker, Sub, Dolby Audio/DTS virtual, HDMI ARC
HW-T650 - 3.1ch, 340W, Left Speaker, Center Speaker, Right Speaker Sub, Dolby Audio/DTS virtual 3D Surround, HDMI ARC
I also explored the first couple 2020 flagship Q Series models ($450-$650)
HW-Q60T - 5.1ch, 360W, 5 speakers plus Sub, Acoustic Beam, HDMI eARC
HW-Q70T - 3.1.2ch, 330W, 7 speakers plus Sub, Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC
I narrowed it down to the HW-T650 and the HW-Q60T and ultimately went with the HW-T650 because of the price value, center speaker on the soundbar and combined it with the SWA-8500s Rear Speakers for a 5.1 set up and I'm pleased with the sound."
That being said, when I saw today's extra discount on the Q60T, I figured this was a sign to upgrade. As OP mentioned, this is the lowest price I've seen on this model too and would say the Q60T is worth spending the extra ~$70. I've only used it for a couple hours but I can definitely tell the difference in the sound but I'm not entirely sure how to capture it in words. It sounds fuller / deeper if that makes sense. Almost like you're more submerged in all around sound. The bar itself is the same width but is a little deeper than the T650. I liked the clear dialogue coming from the center speaker of the T650 but I think the Q60T is even clearer which probably has to do with the better drivers. I'm happy with the upgrade. Hope this helps.

Fixed it
I was debating between this one and the T560...since you had both how much of an upgrade would you say this one is? And does that acoustic beam technology in the q60t really work for 3D sound

I originally wrote this on a previous post for the T510 a couple weeks back but it's relevant here so I'll share it again:
