Hmmm... there is a Home Depot 10mi away that has both these ladders according to brickseek but neither list the price besides the word "clearance". All other Home Depot's, r at full price. Is it normal for homedepot brickseek to not list a price for clearance items?

Yes. Only way to know the clearance price is to have a clerk scan it, try to check out, or call aheard. Clearance prices differ from store to store as well, so could be a different price then whats been posted.

Not necessarily true. Someone has to put the clearance tag plus price on them.
