Sadly, just like the title says.

Walmart is breaking my heart with it's "In Store ONLY" BS. With a global pandemic I am NOT dying just to snag a cheap copy of Picard, Seaon 1 on Blu-Ray. So, thoughts?

I am pretty sure amazon and BB will match online but only instock.

So, any of you have any ACTUAL PLASTIC media on your lists?
Any good deals? So far I am only seeing a Paw Patrol collection for my Nephews via WM on its 2nd BF ad. So hopefully someone that ships will match it!

The way licensing deals go back and forth I will always be a fan of my own physical media since you csn never trust streaming to keep it in their catalog.

Word. FWIW the 3 for 2 deals on Target and Amazon are working well. Also, since most of the ads are "leaked" now, it is easy to go fill a cart and just wait. I snagged the Picard S1 for the hub which is what I really needed as I got a $10 credit. I also got a 4 film Dirty Harry collection on Amazon for FIL for $7.50. I was feelin lucky, punk!

They didn't have blu-ray in 1999. So there's that...

Was hoping to maybe pick up recent movies The Nice Guys, Upgrade, Trollhunter, JoJo Rabbit, and Aniara on Blu Ray if they were offered for $4 or $6, but no dice! And what happened to the $4 Blu Ray deals? Kind of disappointing. Looks like my only purchases this year will be Doctor Sleep and maybe Uncut Gems, the latter of which I haven't seen yet.

FWIW Amazon is matching the Best Buy prices or beating them by a few cents.
For example, Star Trek Discovery Season 2 is $9.96...just a heads up.
