I can only add what worked for me on the Xbox site using Auto Clicker.

Requirements:

Signed into Microsoft account, current address and preferred payment method set. I used PayPal.

Windows PC with Auto Clicker downloaded and ready to launch.

Using the url in the main part of this thread, patiently wait for the Xbox Series X to be in stock. When it is add it to your cart. I would do this while signed into your Microsoft account on a mobile device so you can check while sitting in the couch or on the go.

When successfully added to your cart get to the screen where you place the order. Click the Place Order button. It will likely return a yellow banner that says you can not place an order at this time.

Launch Auto Clicker on your PC. Hover your mouse pointer over the Place Order button (it should be green) and press F6 on your keyboard. Sit back and wait, better yet go do something else.

If you are lucky Auto Clicker will eventually stop because the screen is now displaying Thanks for your order.

The hardest part is getting it into the cart.

Did you get it today? Through what website? Every time I go on the XBOX website it says sold out. Do I just keep refreshing for hours or am I wasting my time? Thank you for your help. 13 year olds only wish list gift 😔

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.

Any idea why? Trying to pay with my PayPal account, already ordered the S a few days back with the same method. I would rather get the X and cancel the S.
You are getting that message because it is out of stock. That is why people on here are using the auto clicker script. Once you have the Xbox in your shopping cart you use the auto clicker to repeatedly try to checkout in the hope that eventually a small number will be instock and it will let you checkout. Now getting it in your shopping cart to being with is the biggest issue as the auto clicker won't help with that.

Auto clicker is only for when you have the Xbox in your shopping cart and are trying to checkout as you will get repeated error messages until one order eventually goes through.

Can someone walk me through how to use the auto clicker software? It's to automate the checking out process, after the item has been placed into my cart? Do you use multiple tabs? I'm a complete beginner at this and am trying to figure it out as I go. Thanks.

Same here. Since the auto clicker can't refresh the page you need to manually do that until you can add to your cart then use the auto clicker to try and checkout.

Yes I was able to open the said pictures also. With this, can we also please take a screenshot on where we've seen the $50?

So microsoft tweeted that pic saying to contact them, and I saw on reddit and slickdeals and twitter that the people who contacted them were given $50 gift cards

I don't think Microsoft said it, they just said "contact us". and that's what they've been doing

there's not a memo that's been going around or something?

On slickdeals, someone said " Anyone who got a estimated arrival date of 11/12/20 in their confirmation email should call 877-696-7786 (Microsoft Support). They're giving $50 credits to anyone who got the 11/12 estimated arrival date. "

There's actually no information regarding such giveaway of $50 for the said incorrect delivery date, the reason why we are also somehow confused how other players was able to claim it.
