My son was able to order it at 1.30 last night,two orders went through cause he didn't realise the first one went through .He got two confirmation emails and immediately cancelled the second order.My credit card has not been charged yet.Do you think placing the two orders will screw this up,when will they charge the credit card.Also we don't know when it will be shipped,he said there was a shipping date but he was frantically clicking to put it in the cart that he didn't see it.By the way he was on the Xbox,went to the store,looked up xbox x and clicked on it if it says add to wish list you back out and keep going back in and backing out untill it says add to cart.Took about 15 min to get it into the cart and then took him about an hour non stop clicking to checkout

Sorry for the stupid questions but in the confirmation it says pending and no ship date,haven't been billed yet,does it confirm ship date after billing

Yikes.. well order is still pending. for now anyway. Interestingly enough the cancel page looks different now. Before the box was grey and i couldn't cancel the order, now it is active.

Stay on the phone and insist on email confirmation (while on the phone) until they give it to you. That's what I did, and I was able to get my credit applied on the spot.
