1. Get a FREE Google Pixel 4a 5G when adding a new line AND trading in an eligible old smartphone

Make sure that the right promo was applied on your line if you want to do a trade in!

I believe you will get denied if there is any cracks on the screen. Otherwise everything thing else you described sounds like what I went through.

Trade in promo ended anyway on Dec 3rd. No longer shows up in T-mobile website. only 50% as of today

For those that did the FREE phone offer, did you account already have the promotion "2020 Google Activate Trade P1" before you sent in your trade-in? Also, did they ask for the IMEI of the phone you were going to trade-in at the time of order? Asking because I wanted to get the free phone offer, but my account right now only has "2020 Google Activate P1" promotion, which is only the 50% off offer for activating a line. Even though early in my ordering process (I did it on the phone) the rep confirmed the phone I wanted to trade-in was eligible, she never asked for the IMEI number. So I think she messed up. Now I think my chances of getting the promotion changed to the free phone offer are slim.

FYI, I gave T-Mobile the wrong IMEI number when I placed the order for a free Pixel 4a with trade-in of my Google Pixel (1).
Initially the TForce rep (via Facebook Messenger) said that the phone I send in MUST match the IMEI that I gave them when I placed the order. (That IMEI is printed on the return label.)
But after further investigation, the rep came back and said as long as the phone is the same make, model, and condition, it's OK if the IMEI doesn't match. They said just send the phone in and I will get the trade-in monthly credit.
I then double checked with a TForce rep via Twitter. They confirmed that the IMEI doesn't have to match. They also confirmed that I do have the monthly bill credit for the cost of the Pixel 4a.
I could not find any indication on my account.
I also could not find any reference to my order or trade-in on my account. The TForce rep had to look that up for me. No idea why it's not there. My free line is there and the charges for the Pixel 4a.
​Fingers crossed that it all works out as expected.

My account reflects the full credit, less $8 spread over 24 months. My trade-in is all boxed up and ready to go out.

I accidentally picked Pixel XL 32GB Black instead of Pixel 32GB Black. T-force said not to worry, they will reevaluate the trade-in and have me accept the revised offer, so I may get $6 instead of $8 now, something like that. So, apparently, as long as you send in an eligible trade-in, no problem.

I'm in the same sitaution as you. I neever got the trade in info so I had to reach out for a label. Also a little anxious about this now.

My order status page is also wrong. It only shows my previous order ​from September when I did a trade in for a Samsung S20 FE. My most recent order doesn't show.
But I do see the order and the P1 trade in my account activity.
I had to contact TForce to get my return shipping label for the trade.
