If you are a new customer you must contact T-Mobile to start a new line of service. If you are an existing customer you should be able to use an existing Nano SIM to begin service on your new device.
The device may be unlocked once it has been paid off in full. This can be completed by contacting T-Mobile Customer Care. -slickdewmaster
I was a OnePlus user before I switched over to the Pixel. One overlooked aspect of OnePlus phones is that they are on the heavy side when it comes to smartphone weight. The new Pixel 4A 5G is the best consumer friendly phone on the market, IMO. The features you get are simply unmatched. And nothing can compare to Vanilla Android. I originally had the Pixel 3 and now I refuse to buy another smartphone that isn't a Pixel. I guess once you go Pixel, it's hard to back.
With OxygenOS 11, OnePlus ditches stock Android for Samsung's One UI
Depends on what you're dailying already. As a Note 9 owner I can't imagine upgrading phones until 5g is widely and reliably available. Otherwise any phone on the market, in my opinion, isn't currently worth the upgrade if you're rocking a phone newer than 2017.

I haven't been paying attention to oneplus lately, do they have anything planned for black friday? This is marked as "black friday" price, but it's gone this low before.
Regardless, thumbs up since this seems like a good deal. I might hold out for a deal on an 8 or 8T unless it's not worth it? I'm headed down the comparison rabbit hole now, wish me luck.
EDIT: Seems like 7T Pro McLaren might be the move?

They have OnePlus 8T deal 50% OFF on second one purchase

7T Pro McLaren is my daily driver. Right now it's $700 on the OnePlus site and that is way overpriced IMO. I paid about ~$280 when it got released (using an S9 trade-in) after tax the week it released. Thread here.
I was hoping it was sub $400 to buy a backup.
OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren
$599 on coupon price within 8 HOURS.
6T owner here. I'm watching the 8 pro as we approach black Friday / CM with the hope OnePlus sweetens the current $799 "deal" somehow. Lower price or something else tossed in aside from the buds.

Thanks for the insight, I might see if the 8T goes any lower in the coming weeks. The markup on the McLaren does seem like a little too much even if it's discounted; shame there's no 7T Pro available without getting the McLaren.
