27" 1080p is extremely pixelated. I personally don't really even like 27" QHD because I see the pixels so easily. Sweet spot to me is 32" 4K or 24" QHD. But 27" 4K panels tend to be a lot better for the price and less selection of 24" QHD than 27".

You realize 4K 144hz monitors are insanely expensive, right? 60hz is just fine for those working with productivity apps. Most of these 4K deals are VA, not IPS like this one.
Ugh I wish there is an easy way that I can use my Imac 5k monitor as my second monitor for work(Windows laptop)...

I'm in the same boat. I needed monitors for work during the day, mostly web work and Office apps, and graphics/web at night. I considered this one and the 144hz 32' FHD Acer from Walmart, but ended up going with the QHD LG 32QN600 from Amazon. Midrange resolution so don't have to scale things up as much, IPS for better color, larger screen, and 75hz refresh is fine for what I do. Have a pair set up and very pleased so far. If I were getting 27" I probably would have gone with these, but knowing what I know know I'm glad I went with QHD. My work laptop struggles with QHD and dual 4K probably wouldn't have worked at all. They work great with my MacBook and custom built PC.
