Perhaps some of the very frugal women on here can point out the value here. I'm a guy who doesn't understand a ton beyond hearing the present request, but apparently putting out LESS heat is a major consideration as far as keeping hair from getting ruined. This machine also uses air pressure to wrap and curl hair around it, something you won't find anywhere else.

Basically I too saw this for the same price as I paid for my 2 stage snowblower and thought - what a roast!! - and nobody's saying it's cheap, but, maybe, for some, it is worth it.

As a female, I have absolutely no idea why anyone would want this. This is a lot of money for a styling tool. But whatever makes people happy!
