Raise.com problems

Anyone else having problems with raise dot com gift cards? I've got a couple from 11/2 that didn't work and I haven't gotten a response to help ticket as of today. I've also tried to buy $500 Airbnb gift card two days ago and it's not even showing up in account. Transaction is pending on the credit card, but nothing shows up in Raise's system.
Sad to see them collapse, they've been good to me for a long time.
