There seems to a mixed indication whether the new software updates resolved the connection problem or not.
Would $100 prepaid time qualify for unlocking? T-Mobile terms says "over $100", but confused chat guy thought that included $100.
It seems some variants of the A71 do and others may not. Is it a hardware limitation?
