Did I just get bad reps? 2 T-Mobile and 1 Samsung all said the same thing. Not sure I want to be stuck on TMobile towers if they suck where I work (real rural). Currently on a Verizon MVNO but willing to switch for a $90 phone!

Some people just read the word "purchased your device fom T-moble" only, they don't read the rest:
"If you purchased your device from T-Mobile or if you have a T-Mobile authorized device"
The cancellation trick worked for me, but I had to select Cancel > Cancellation reason via Samsung Shop app on my phone to get it.
Also, not sure if allowed, but on a certain CB app, I'm getting $75 back for purchasing the A71... so that makes it a pretty great deal for me.

I just found a iPhone 6S Plus in my drawer but it has a front camera issue. It turns on but it won't focus. Do you think they will deny the trade in?
