I bought Live Buds, turned in a crappy pair of wired buds for $30 trade-in value. I then returned the buds, contacted support and asked where my buds were, the rep stated they were still being evaluated and to contact in 2 business days. I contacted in 2 business days and was told I would receive a refund. I did not receive a refund. Contacted them again, again, and again. They issued a refund for $30, they are giving me a future credit this week for $30, and 10% off my next purchase (which is this device).
