Trade-in value is available only for the device. If you do ship accessories back with the device, we will not return those accessories.
I have 3 5g phones. I upgraded 1 of them to the newer R15 sim to see if it makes any difference. It didn't.
I'm 100% sure about it because I just bought a unlock SS note 20 ultra 2 months ago. I put my old Tmobile SIM from my Note 9 bought 2 years ago and my Note 20 got the 5G service right away.
