I followed the steps from post #1374. Order is currently in "Order Placed" status, not "Processed" or "Shipped" status. I clicked the "Cancel" button on the order page and selected the "Found it cheaper somewhere else" reason. No pop-up appears with a 10% off offer. I have not clicked cancel yet. How do I get the pop-up to work? Please advise!
Yes, it just worked.
My order was delivered 2 days ago and in the app I was cancelling as I felt Pixel4a-5G better option (zero after port-in with iphone7 trade), then it gave me 10%.
Now I'm thinking whether to keep or still return ?
