I created the account, didnt fund it right away, I have a screenshot with my account number and a note at the bottom saying Promo Details: Promo Code: Bonus400
If you use.....
Now I called the customer service on 800-289-1992, the associate said she cant find anything associated with that promo code, however once I maintain the balance I can call back and they will try to see if I can be provided the promo.
I feel like she has no clue what she was saying.. How are others going about this?
Probably going to close account. I called as well because I selected to fund later and I don't think the promo was applied. They said they can't guarantee they would give me the bonus.

So we have narrowed down this has got to do with funding rightaway vs funding later?

But is a brokerage account equivalent to a retirement account? I thought they were not

if you have savings account and no checking i think it will work
