so i called capital 1 and they said i didn't enter my code but said to call back Feb 2, 2021 to get my bonus if i meet the requirement. he also said you can transfer your money out once you meet the requirement
Forget it. I think they're looking for ways to get people to change their direct deposits to them and weasel their way out of paying the bonus with technicalities. Another Wells Fargo!

After I submitted it, the site showed me this message, stating "Scheduled update: 12/03/2020"

So I dont know. It only gave me the option to start the payment in January, but the confirmation said scheduled update 12/03/2020. I'm hoping it would deposit in December, but maybe they just mean the change will take place on that date, and the first deposit will be in January. That's probably what it means, unfortunately.
I wonder if a phone call/visit to a live rep could get it changed immediately?
