Did you try calling them and go thru that 20 day wait period?
I didn't get my bonus, called them and was told no code was entered BS, told them I have a screen shot, they didn't care. Escalated it and I got my bonus after 10 days.

It took alot of polite effort get this bonus granted.
I called the Capital One number. It goes to an outsourced call center. The first operator is a gatekeeper. The agent will explain to you their reason that you did not get the bonus and cover a couple common points to get you accept the denial and be done with this.
The agent will ask about the use of the promo code to put the promo eligibility into questions. He or she may say the code wasn't entered. You will need to politely maintain that it certainly was.
The agent will then address your deposits perhaps suggesting you did not meet the requirements of the offer (perhaps some deposits aren't ACH transactions or a deposit was a pull and it needed to be a push).
After these matters have been discussed the agent might try to have you come to an agreement with them, telling you that you did not meet the requirements. If you accept this; It's considered settled (not in your favor).
You need to have this matter escalated to a supervisor in order to have a chance at being granted this bonus, and should ask the agent to allow you to speak with one. There will be a warm transfer to another agent in the United States. This agent can escalate the issue with a ticket to appeal to have the bonus applied. IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO BE POLITE TO THIS PARTICULAR AGENT.
Folks, you must be firm but you MUST be polite. It is key to be polite!
You CAN certainly tell them that if you do not receive the bonus that you do not see your business relationship exanding with Capital One. It could help you to state your intentions and/or dissatisfaction BUT YOU MUST BE POLITE. Make it a game to be polite, it is worth it.
I received my bonus at the begining of this month. I was told 20 days and it came in CHA-CHING at the new month.
I was preparing myself for the disappointment of losing the bonus but to my delight it came through.
I hope this can help someone, you can do this too. Make it a game, challenge yourself to be polite and handle this call, it is worth it.
YOU CAN HANDLE THIS.

The rep said there is no code in my account.
I don't remember I entered the code "bonus400" when I sign up.
Maybe it is my own fault.
The rep said they will review it and it may take 30 days to review
