K in the model name means it is related to the 2018 model year.
For latest panels, you would go for N.
K = 2018
L = 2019
N = 2020
From what I can tell, this 670 model is the same as the 650 model, but with USB-C as well. And the 650 model is the 600 model with height adjustable stand.
If so, it's essentially $20 more than the post-black friday price at Best Buy on the 600, but you get height adjustable and USB-C, very worthwhile additions at that price.
Can someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this?
Bought one of these last time it dropped to $300. It's a good monitor.

This was exactly the deal I was waiting for. Thanks for posting.
I believe the panel is the same as all the rest of LG's lower-end 4k IPS 27" monitors. Here's a link to the RTINGS review of the 27uk650-w[rtings.com]. (RTINGS ranks it as the best 4k and best general monitor; Wirecutter disqualifies the whole LG consumer lineup due to their 1-year warranties).
Would this be an okay option for the xbox series x?
Definitely - I have one setup that is setup to an Xbox One X (I'm using my 2016 Samsung TV for the Series X, and it runs just fine).
Unfortunately, it won't take advantage of many of the "HDMI 2.1" features (120Hz, Variable Refresh Rate, and a few others), but very few current TVs (and even fewer monitors) do. I'd say it's a great deal if you want to stick to 4K at 60Hz refresh rate with the Xbox.
I have a much older version of this monitor (LG27UD69P) as my primary PC monitor, and it runs great fo both work and gaming for years. This one has newer specs and more inputs. I hope that helps.

OOF. Those 4 ratings at the LG site. One rating of 4,3,2, and 1 though? And no written review? Hmm. Suspicious
On the OPPOSITE end, 4 reviews at Amazon, including one written review and it gets pretty high marks:

Would it work well as a TV? The rtings review of a similar model, posted above, said HDR performance was not very good.

Thank you! So this is an older model. Probably not what I am looking for to use as a TV.
