I own the Coleman version of this and live in Colorado it raised the electric bill between 15 to 25 bucks a month, also i would not recommend using it during the months of January to March, They are really easy to take down and put back out they take about 24 hours to heat up. They are very good alternative and less expensive to permanent hot tubs. I really enjoy it and have had my Coleman now for almost 4 years.

It works great for the money, never had a puncture, increase of $20 a month in my power bill (Georgia winters). Take the time to get it perfectly level, do not put it on your deck unless you are absolutely sure it was built for that much weight.

I have the camo version (different brand), it stores up small enough to fit in a large closet or shed. I used two inch foam board under it for a softer feel on the bottom, and for better insulation in the winter months. No issue with concrete if you go this route. You can cut the foam board to shape as well.

It's located right under the serial number printed on the outside of the spa.
Thanks. It's still in the box until I get some time.

What is a realistic time frame for setup to the first use ?

It took about 10 minutes to setup. But then you have to fill it and then wait for it come up to temp at about 2-3 degrees per hour.

I actually believe I saw someone mention this type of thing as a "hack" to prevent the 72 hour shut off. Let me see if I can find it.

Here it is: http://involvery.com/lay-z-spa/
Thank you, that's really helpful!

I think the answer is no, but can the hot tub be put on a wifi outlet so I can control the power via my phone? I have it in my backyard but the motor is close to my neighbor's bedroom window (our houses are only 6' apart) and the sound is annoying overnight. I'd like to be able to turn it on in the morning and off at night without having to manually do it.

I did it manually last night and the temp only went down 13 degrees overnight, which is better than dealing with angry neighbors.
Not going to be "enough" likely but mine was making an annoying hum... I put a piece of cardboard under the pump unit and it helped greatly.

I got my inflatable cover today and have it all set up. Definitely better than nothing and the cover isn't sagging in the middle anymore. I am happy with it so far.

So is it a whole new cover or just an inflatable that goes under our existing cover?

Just an inflatable that goes under the existing one. I was expecting a whole new cover and was going to call about that before I received it but now that I have it installed I think it's fine. It fits in nicely and seems to do the trick. Should help keep the energy bill down compared to not having one.

Dang!!! They pulled the double bait and switch on us!!! OMG

I'm not gonna bother Jessica again, but c'mon man. I guess ultimately I am glad I am getting something sooner rather than having to wait two months. Already got rain coming for 2 days before I get the new cover EEK!

Poor Jessica....

I got notification mine was delivered. I'm scared to look to see what it is.

**just the inflatable ring here. It is bigger than I expected. it looks like it will just fit the entire inner area. Should work for what I need it for. Still not too happy about the flimsy cover though. I may try to attach the inflatable to the cover with some heavy duty velcro that I have here in the house**

Can anyone help me out? I set it up as instructed, connect hose and turn on. It stays on and inflates for like 10 seconds and then shuts off with the 02 code..I can't even get it inflated

Thanks, that's a good idea. Coincidentally, we emptied our hot tub yesterday because the water was already green after a week (we're hadn't gotten around to getting chemicals yet) so we're refilling it right now. It also gave us an opportunity to pick up some mats from Harbor Freight so we're adding those under the hot tub and I'll try it under the pump too.
