I own the Coleman version of this and live in Colorado it raised the electric bill between 15 to 25 bucks a month, also i would not recommend using it during the months of January to March, They are really easy to take down and put back out they take about 24 hours to heat up. They are very good alternative and less expensive to permanent hot tubs. I really enjoy it and have had my Coleman now for almost 4 years.

It works great for the money, never had a puncture, increase of $20 a month in my power bill (Georgia winters). Take the time to get it perfectly level, do not put it on your deck unless you are absolutely sure it was built for that much weight.

I have the camo version (different brand), it stores up small enough to fit in a large closet or shed. I used two inch foam board under it for a softer feel on the bottom, and for better insulation in the winter months. No issue with concrete if you go this route. You can cut the foam board to shape as well.

I noticed on the (horrible) instructions that it said not to block the air flowing out of the screw-on nozzle of the hose, did you block that by chance? Blocking it would lead to excessive air pressure. My first inclination was to block it, but once I figured out how it all worked it made sense not to.

...I did this. As mentioned previously the directions are horrible. You have to unscrew the 2 black "stoppers" on the inside of the tub. They block the water when you need to service or check the pump.... But they come screwed on and cause this issue until removed

For anyone who has this how long does it take to heat the water? I had a faulty pump when I first opened it that wouldn't work. Today I received the new pump it inflated but unfortunately doesn't seem to be heating the water. The weather here is 75 degrees the pump has been on for a hour and it's only showing 81 degrees.

How long does this thing take to heat up? Appreciate any feedback.

It takes a long time!!! Like a degree or 2 an hour in colder weather. Seems like you are on the right pace for a bit warmer

6 degrees in one hour is super fast. I was doing 1-2 degrees an hour in 30ish degree weather

i don't know what the inside stoppers have to do with pumping it up, the pumping is not connected to the inside. That is for the water to go into the heating unit thing. i only took them off after im done pumping. There is a black thing that came with the unit with a rubber ring. Take it out of the plastic, don't use the ring it didn't fit for me. Just screw on that black thing to where you pump, then unscrew the cap to start pumping. You can look up some videos on youtube as well with similar models, don't have to be exact one they all pump the same way.

I ran into the same issue, it would run for a few seconds then stop and give me the error code of 02. Immediately when you turn it on, I believe two of the icons/controls turn on (turn red). Only one of them is needed to blow up the hot tub. Turn off the other icon then it won't shut off and give you an error code. I am not at home or else I would look myself.

Exactly. If only pumping it up this will help although I still had an issue as I think it still "sees" a blockage. I believe it defaults to turning on the pump and heat... You have to turn off the heat because that tries to heat the water and it course that isn't what you want right now. Possibly a design flaw? I just removed the 2 stoppers. Easy fix

Are you guys sure? To blow up the tub (and use the air pump in general) you push the bubble button (button on the bottom). You do not push the heat or the water pump button; the heat button the is one that auto turns the water pump button on.

LMAO aint that the truth. I considered a shelter, but I think it will be worse. I guess it depends where you are are. For me, being out there in the cold air, buck naked, and with a clear crystal sky looking up at the stars is as good as it gets. But, I don't have any neighbors around that can see me.

Also, I think the tub is better without seats, it's very comfortable with foam below and the inflated sides. You honestly have to be careful to not fall asleep in the thing, it is THAT comfortable.

Does anyone know if there is a way to add the 4-Year Accident Protection Plan (for Pools $150-$199.99) for $45? When I click on view eligible plans in my purchase history on Walmart's website, it says the 4-Year Accident Protection Plan (for Pools $350-$399.99) for Hydro-Force Havana Inflatable Hot Tub Spa is $75. Since the hot tub was only $197 when I purchased it (current price is $399.99), I would think the protection plan should correspond to the price paid and not the current retail price.

It looks like I can purchase a protection plan separately but I'm not sure how/if it will get linked to my hot tub purchase automatically, or if this is even the correct plan to cover the this particular hot tub.

If anyone knows how these protection plans work, or has any input with this situation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What and how much chemicals are you using for this hot tub? Do you get the 1 inch tablets or granules?

I picked up a 1.5# bottle of Clorox 1" bromine tablets from Lowes so I could at least get started with something. Broke a few half and stuffed them in the dispenser.

Everything seems to be going well with the tub so far, cools off pretty quick with the bubbles on at 30-35 deg outside. Falls about 2 deg every 10 minutes of bubble use, otherwise it's holding at 103-104 consistently.

Also with a short garden hose section we filled from a basement laundry room sink to use the soft water from the water heater. Took about three good rotations from the 50 gallon tank to stay close to the 100 degree mark right out of the gate.
