Lol @ "drain the oil"... nah...

I drain SOME of the oil, but leave most of it. Add capers, fresh chopped parsley, white pepper (fresh ground if possible), the juice from half a lemon, a dash of salt (don't overdo the salt!)

High protein, some good fats, tasty and fast.

agreed. may drain a bit of the oil, but that's it. just keep it to once a week (mercury).
