$10 is as low as I've seen for 4K Pixar movies at the major digital retailers. I didn't check every title at every retailer, but it looks like most or all of the following titles should be $9.99 (last night, I noticed a few at some sites that were $14.99 and $19.99, but hopefully these will be lowered to compete, as in the past):

FandangoNow [fandangonow.com]
Microsoft [microsoft.com]
Vudu [vudu.com]

Brave
A Bug's Life
Cars
Cars 2
Cars 3
Coco
Finding Dory
Finding Nemo
The Good Dinosaur
The Incredibles
The Incredibles 2
Inside Out
Monsters Inc.
Monsters University
Ratatouille
Toy Story 1
Toy Story 2
Toy Story 3
Toy Story 4
Up
Wall-E

There are also bundle prices on the franchises (Cars, Finding..., Incredibles, Monsters, and Toy Story) that make for even better deals if you don't already own any of the individual movies. If you have a single-use promo code (like 20% off), a bundle can maximize your discount.

Edit: some of the bundles are actually worse deals than buying individually because of higher per-movie prices and/or being in HD instead of 4K. For some reason, no one seems to have a decent bundle price on Monsters, Inc./Monsters University but here are some good values for the others:

Cars 3-film 4K bundle: $27.99
Vudu [vudu.com]

Finding Nemo/Finding Dory 4K bundle: $17.99
Vudu [vudu.com]

Incredibles 2-film 4K bundle (with bonus short film "Jack Attack"): $17.99
Vudu [vudu.com]

Toy Story 4-film 4K bundle: $34.99
FandangoNow [fandangonow.com]
Google Play [google.com]
Vudu [vudu.com]

Pretty big difference. I stream in the living room and bedroom and use physical discs when watching on my home theater.
MoviesAnywhere and iTunes stream at about 22-30 Mbits but obviously still far less than disc.

Great deal for 4k.

These sales are a kick in the pants for me since I bought HD for these years ago for more money than this. I'd love the 4k upgrade but not for full price. I wish Vudu would do a discounted upgrade for 2 bucks or something to unlock 4k. I'll make due with HD until they do.

Good to know. I wish it was available for my samsung smart TV's. I think google play is a bit better than vudu for bitrates, but I think it lacks atmos. I haven't seen a good list comparing them all. I may have to do some digging.

Waiting for Amazon to start price matching, because as it stands they are not having the same sale.

Here's a good reference: Bitrate comparison among streaming services [blu-ray.com]

I didn't have time to price them all, but every single one I just randomly checked came up as $9.99 for 4K:

Cars [amazon.com]

Find Nemo [amazon.com]

Inside Out [amazon.com]

Toy Story [amazon.com]

Can I upgrade my HD titles to 4K by gifting copies to myself? I remember reading something about that but I can't remember if I need two accounts or how exactly that works.

Most of the Disney Movies Anywhere titles redeemed as HD and didn't upgrade to 4K, unlike many of the older titles that were redeemed straight in iTunes.

Really? I did not know this. Thanks for the info. I tend to use VUDU 99% of the time.

I'm not sure if I'm addressing your question correctly, but I know you can upgrade in Vudu or Amazon by just buying the UHD version, even if you already own HD. Assuming your services are all linked to MoviesAnywhere, that should upgrade your titles in all the providers.

The iTunes Store does not present you the option to buy 4K if you already own HD. I read somewhere, though, that you can redeem a "gift" in iTunes for a 4K title you own in HD, and that was a way to work around the limitation. I just can't remember the specifics of how to actually do that.
