They have more RAM and free pen. The A14 is way faster overall, but the Air 2020 costs more, as does the Pro.

Do that. MS doesn't do trade ins.
You're s6 is sunk cost, not sure how much you can get for it in private sale, but it's probably not going to be $500.
You can get the 7+ here for $550 less whatever you can get for the s6 in marketplaces.

Agreed. Comparison to that deal should not be made if it's not available anymore or likely not available in the future.

So, I just spoke to a samsung.com rep and he clarified that they don't price-match microsoft.com. It would''ve been a hell of a deal to upgrade s6 to s7+ for $50 =(((((((
