Verizon had their 200/200 for 39.99
and it seems you maybe able to upgrade to the 300/300 plan for the same price without a contract for free.
Im guessing this isn't available in all areas. It doesn't hurt to check your account to see if you can upgrade you internet plan.
it seems you can cancel your plan and sign up for a new one and get 100 dollar gift card and an amazon dot.
edit: it is region specific. so far it seems the NY/NJ area works fine.

I would have to get a pair of MoCA adapters if it's switched to Internet since the ONT is located in the garage and wouldn't be able to fish ethernet cables to the house.
i signed up as a new user (for the new cyber monday promo's) going with the 'existing user is moving out and I need new service' option in order to get 300/300 mbps + echo dot (don't need this) + $100 verizon GC for 39.99.
Question is, they're coming for some install on 12/9, which happens to be when the first day of the next billing period under my current tv/internet plan. Can I call to cancel my existing fios service and request that it be cut off on a certain date and time? Trying to minimize down time with working form home and all.
Also you should be on a mix and match plan, they don't change prices and are forever 39.99.

Hope that helps.
Had 100/100 and was able to upgrade to 300/300 for same price of $39.99.

In NY FYI
Regarding routers, I have the old MI424WR. Is this router still sufficient to now deliver 300/300 speeds or will I need to upgrade router now?
If upgrade is needed, is this relatively easy to do on my own or should the new router be bought so when tech comes out I can just give to him/her to install?
