Verizon had their 200/200 for 39.99
and it seems you maybe able to upgrade to the 300/300 plan for the same price without a contract for free.
Im guessing this isn't available in all areas. It doesn't hurt to check your account to see if you can upgrade you internet plan.
it seems you can cancel your plan and sign up for a new one and get 100 dollar gift card and an amazon dot.
edit: it is region specific. so far it seems the NY/NJ area works fine.

Also you should be on a mix and match plan, they don't change prices and are forever 39.99.

I signed in, went to my services, and see what I have, then upgrade shows 75mbs for $40 when I already have 200 for $40.

The 200/200 mbps speeds are actually provisioned at 300/300 mbps, but advertised as 200/200
So regardless of if you change or not, you will be receiving the same speeds -- they are just making it a little more accurate to the public now
They can be very tricky!
Unfortunately not available for me in the Philly/NJ area.
I'm on 200/200 for $40, which has been great.
