Q: Can someone clarify if AT&T prepaid WiFi calling works on all Unlocked phones? Why I ask is, I am using Cricket wireless and WiFi calling works only on Cricket branded phones and my home doesn't have good signal and rely on WiFi calling

I've been on the 8gb + 17gb walmart/At&t Prepaid plan for over a year and it looks like they're still offering it. 25gb of full speed data with hotspot for $40.00 per month is still a pretty good deal. Ya just need to purchase a cheap prepaid phone from them. I actually ended up returning mine after I got the 17gb bonus data.
These look like decent, single-month commitment options without much hoops to jump through. But I agree the Walmart plan is better at $40 and even the yearly $300 ($25/month) is better for the lowest price; that $300/year is 8 GB plus rollover and tethering. The catch is that you need to port in and have to commit for the year. My wife just renewed her yearly plan for the same price.
I've tried the local corporate store and a couple of chat sessions and I can't get them to change from my prepaid plan of $40/mo to the $300 annual. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Just switched to visible. The speeds are terrible for me. Im dumping them after month 2 when I get my $100 master card.
depends on location , its possible at your location a lot of people are on Verizon causing congestion on that particular site, overall you should expect same or worst from all prepaid service providers cuz of depriortization and congestion, my word of advise , use a VPN.

That's an online only deal and requires a new activation... Port out to another carrier and then port back in.
No prepaid services in USA allow Apple Watch LTE or android wear LTE currently, but several services like Mobi,us mobile etc are planning to support it in a few months
Mint Mobile has a plan for 30/month that offers unlimited talk & text + 30gb data at 4g LTE speeds then throttles down to 3g. Way better deal than this, I'm guessing ATT prepaid has lowered their prices to compete.
As a 10+ year user of ATT prepaid - I've used it from the beginning when it was called GoPhone. ATT bought it out and has ever since poorly managed it - as a ATT Prepaid customer, if you have any problems or questions, they make it hard as hell to talk to an actualy person. You aren't eligible for help from dedicated ATT contract customer reps - instead you'll be directed to a prepaid custy service line where it's just all automated robot talking to you. I waited ~2 hours and went through multiple people to port my number over to mint.

So can you purchase the cheap phone and put the sim in your already paid off phone. I ask because it sounds like a better deal and I paid off my note 10
