Update:

Sorry ended up using the 2 boost port in numbers that mentioned in the previous post. They're no longer available.

First order required additional information for the boost mobile ebay port-in. I didn't read the front page of the SD wiki, don't copy and paste the port-in account info. Cricket send me two subsequent emails asking to verify information account number and pin number. After verifying both, a few hours later I got a successful confirmation.

Second order, I used different household name, abbreviated street name, and used a close-by city name. Entered all ports in from boost manually, still required me to verify account and pin numbers; Cricket sent two emails to verify each piece of info. Now waiting on the shipping info.

if you need port in buy from la68076823 on ebay, the listing that has it for like $7 bucks. I bought 3 and he sent it within 30 minutes.

Additional tips:
1. if you have sprint unused sim buy tello $5 minutes only plan and use promo code found online for 15% off. I used a cdma/gsm capable unlocked iphone. I tried another unlocked iphone and other unlocked phone and tello would not accept the imeis.
2. if you buy the boost port ins enter all info manually. they may still send you two emails one to re-verify account number and the other for pin. Just verify and youll hopefully get the shipment notification. for second order use different household name, use paypal key to generate virtual card, and change up road name abbreviation and use different city name.
3. use popular cashback site for $10 off
4. check your chase offers for $25 off.
How will item gets delivered if you give them nearby city name?

Chat with customer service. It seems you can only make an account after you activate your phone.

As long as street name and zip are correct USPS will still deliver it. I tested this, sold an item on ebay, which the buyers listed city was actually 12 miles away from their location, but since street name and zip were correct it still got delivered). But If you dont want to risk it just use the other acceptable city names for where you live. (Use instructions)below. For second order change up road to rd (if you used road in the first one), street to st, avenue to ave, and so on, and use different acceptable city name
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The usps dot com website (www usps dot com) has a tool that will validate the acceptable city names for a ZIP Code.

1) In a browser, open www usps dot com
2) On the top of the page, click on 'Quick Tools'
3) Quick Tools drop down menu and select 'Look Up a ZIP Code'
4) The Look Up a ZIP Code screen will have the 'ZIP Code by Address' and 'Cities by ZIP Code' tab; select the 'Cities by ZIP Code' tab.
5) Enter in the ZIP Code city name you want to verify or confirm, hit enter.

So if we want to get two, we should make two different accounts? I assume that is because you want to get the referral credit for each of them separately?
You can only buy 2 phones per order. If you want to buy more than 2 you have to place a separate order with a different account.

are you a current customer or a new customer?
'

I'm new.
I understand the part about purchasing a number from e-bay. (<$10)
Ordering the phone for $50 with $60 service, then downgrading to $30 service after activation so the $60 will cover 2 months of service. ($110)
Paying the $30 for the next 4 months. ($120)
so about $240 total.
So, if I just do the steps above, I am beating the Costco deal.

But I am totally lost on the referrals and rebates. The rebate site is named rebates, right?
Do I find someone on this thread with a referral link and sign-up through the link and then we both get $25 credit?
Will I get my own referral link after I sign up? Does someone just have to click it for me to get another $25 credit or do they have to click it and sign up?

And how are people getting two phones for the price of 1? I don't need two, but I'd like to understand.

I'm not planning to trade it. I'll keep it but cancel and unlock at 6 months.

Naming rebate sites is against SD policies, that's why nobody writes the whole name. There are a bunch of rebate sites, you can just google them and easily see what offer they have for Cricket.
The way referral works is that each Cricket customer can generate their own referral code. Then once a new customer (you in this case) uses that code after you create your account (read wiki) both you and the user that gave you the code will get $25 credit each. PMing referral code is also against SD policies, but just read wiki about how to get a referral code from eBay
I don't know about getting two phones for the price one. If that's possible, I would know that too!

Every current Cricket customer has a refer link, you open the link, enter the email you use to order your phone and use for your online account. A code would be generated and send to that email address.

Make sure you generate the code before activate your phone, and the email you enter match email you use for your online account.

After you activate your phone and create online account, you enter the code you receive in your email, 60 days later, $25 would be added to your account that you can use to pay for future month service. The one who refer you also get $25 credit.
