I ended up going back with Nespresso, simply because of the variety and ease of getting capsules. Target has 7 or so different flavors under its Archer Farms brand, Fred Meyer has 4, and Trader Joe's has a couple, all for around 40 cents a capsule. Even Lavazza sells Nespresso capsules with frequent discounts on Amazon--I just bought a variety pack of 6 flavors for 30 cents each. If I don't like a flavor, I'm only stuck with a pack of 10, not 100. There's also a huge variety of Nespresso brand capsules, and also easy to find variety packs, so that's another way to explore different flavors--I used to take advantage of favorable exchange rates and pick up cheap capsules in Vancouver, where they have a Nespresso store where you could sample flavors.
