Delays only due to local store, called the main line as I was unable to get connected after 3 hours on hold with my local store. The 1-888 customer service line confirmed my store only needed to mark it for pick up. While helpful, they also said I had to wait until they did so. Supposed to arrive yesterday with no delay email. If you are waiting the main customer service line can at least tell you where it is at as far as making it to your store.

Got a unit scheduled for pick up today, but still haven't receive any notification. I wonder will it be delayed like some of you have mentioned.

Finally delayed my order after I was told they guarantee it will be ready. I don't care for the delay, for anyone wondering my order time was prior to 5:30 am eastern.

Similar situation. I was able to chat with support. My ordered unit is coming from another location and at 4pm central still wasn't there, apparently. Sigh.

I finally went in store to ask as the phone reps were giving differing info. I was told that delayed orders should be filled and if you talk to your store they may be able to extend the cancellation date if you go in the day before it's set to cancel.

Just received email about delay. Said will keep the order open for another week. If not fulfilled by then, order will be cancelled. Sucks.

Got both the series X and PS5 disk version about an hour ago... pickups at different locations.. One of these days I'm gonna get one of these things for myself.

I'm optimistic, since I've heard they do this as a way to prioritize an order that need to be fulfilled.

UPDATE: Speak of the devil. I just now got an email telling me that it's ready for pickup. Whew!

After being delayed at 6pm, got notified ready for pickup at 9:41pm. I've got it. Have yet to see any authorization on my card. Interesting.
