I was just concerned with being out of the 30 days due date. Because it took 2.5 weeks to actually receive my trade in kit.
Same here. Mine got delivered on 12/22. No update yet.
Frankly, because of holidays I was expecting a response only by 28/29th only. Fingers crossed!

Just received notice they got my trade in that was delivered to them on Dec 21st.
Oh. They are running pretty late now then.
I remembered mine was delivered as per USPS on 12/18. I received update from Fi that they received my kit on 12/22. Which was like 2-3 business days after actually receiving the kit (which I thought was not bad).
I am currently waiting for results of my trade-in evaluation.
note 9 trade in and initial TIV quote was $425 so i'm good now......
FYI it seems like those who did it with phone support had a quicker turn around than those who went through chat.

Thanx ill give them a call..
Got full $350 estimated value back to credit card.
Did they provide any reason for reducing the value?
Don't give up yet and log a complaint providing pictures as proof when they ask.

They said the model was incorrectly reported, which is not correct. It was a mint condition T-mobile unlocked note 8. Emailed them about the trade-in and they have corrected to $350.
That's good to hear!
The model incorrect issue seems to be one they are correcting quickly.
