I bought this earlier to replace a Wyze pan and tilt. The picture is better but the 15fps compared to Wyze's 20fps in night vision makes the 2k eufy only have a slight difference in low light video. There is noticeable ghosting in low light when people are moving in the Eufy.
But I think the biggest thing I wasnt expecting from the Eufy cams is the encrypted sd card. On the wyze, I could just pop out the sd card and copy the videos onto my pc. On the Eufy, it is not allowed. You have to download the videos from your phone and then connect the phone to your pc. You can only download the captured videos too and only in the increments that are recorded if the camera picks up the movements - even in continuous recording mode. Very time consuming and cumbersome. FYI.

I have Arlo Pro, Ring indoor, Ring Stickup battery outdoor, Ring Spotlight battery, Ring Eufy 2 Pro 2K, and these Eufy indoor pan/til 2K cameras.

These Eufy wired pan/til 2K cameras have absolutely the best daytime and even nighttime picture quality of all of my other cameras by far.

Wished I bought more during the last Prime Day sale when it was $35, but it's still worth it at this price. Got 2.
Wasn't the pan N tilt on Prime Day for $35 their 1080P version, not the 2K this one is?

It was the same 2K that was on sale for $35, I bought 2. Should have gotten more, it was the lowest price ever!

Anyone try to use this outdoor ? From the YouTube reviews it looks like video is better then the eufy cam pro 2
Yeah, I'm using this outdoor, under a porch, picture quality is really clear, even better than the 2K eufy doorbell that I have, which costs like 4x this price.

I just purchased these a few weeks ago.

Love them.

Great at picking up motion and following people.

This is what i wanted to do under my porch. Do you have an outlet some where on your porch to power it?

I'm trying to figure out why I'd need this indoors. I don't have pets. I would be looking for a baby camera eventually but other than monitoring your front door or back door from the inside of the house (which you should already have cameras on the outside) not sure about a use cases
I can share my use case with you. I have it pointed on my loft to where we have several desks. At one of those desks is where my 1st grader does distance learning. I am sometimes at my desk in the garage so I can take calls etc. Using this camera I can visually check-in and make sure my kiddo is at the desk and working on the computer. If she isn't at her desk, I can pan over and see where she is hiding.

Does this require subscription service to view history?
For example, only when you pay $30/yr on ring indoor camera can I go back to motion detected, say 5 hours ago, and see what caused that motion. So the Ring camera is useless to view happenings overnight without the plan.

I'm thinking about getting this. Can somebody compare it to the wyze cam? I think it just seems easier to place due to the design compared to wyze pan cam.

No subscription required, view recordings that are straight off the micro SD card. I have a couple of eufy cams strictly because of this

Having the ability to pan and move the camera means I have to buy one less camera for a room. I also monitor the inside of my home when I'm not home.
