You may think that 1500-2000 minutes is enough for you. But think, what if you have a loved one in a hospital meaning more usage and no one can reach you. They don't send any warning texts they just cut you off in middle of a conversation. I hope one day thee FCC sues them and screw them for millions like they did to tracfone a few years ago.

I have 6 Apple iPhone Factory unlock from iphone 7 to SE 2020. They keep telling me I need a new phone to complete the activation which I do. Put it into a phone that is CDMA compatible and never used the red pocket service before.
Call failed, no data, same problem as last weekend. Phone works with verizon, att, mint, which are still active and working but once you put in a RP sim card, it does not work.
Most people do not even have 6 iphones to swap sims with to test.
I've read that porting to GSMA or another provider/number barn first and then port to CDMAV is way to go.
Originally I was planning to go through this hassle, but now - I think I'll just pick Mint Mobile for the next year.
It would be nice to use Verizon network in Colorado wilderness, but I go there not so often. So I'll give a try to T-Mobile network for next year.
What bugs me is every time I contact them, they ignore my ticket and wont comment on it and only want reset sim. If you reset sim for 5 times a day and still not working, its time to try something else. If the sim does not activate and 3 different apple carrier unlock iphones, its time to try something else.
So far the few I dealt with only want to do reset and APN. There is no APN on new ios unless carrier allows it, only android, This makes setup extremely easy. The guy didn't believe me, he wanted screen shots. That means lack of training. Its not his fault, its RP not giving CSR enough training.

This year and last year, I received the code in my email inbox from "[email protected]." The email subject was "Red Pocket Activation Code."
Just message them on eBay if you cannot find it, they can send it via eBay messages, too.

I am not sure about At& T in that area , but I see T-Mobile is spotty too.. (Forsyth ?)
