On the free line thread, it states the free line does not stack with the $99 Galaxy S20 FE offer. Many in that thread are doing the Pixel 4a deal (free with add-a-line and trade-in). The line you add at Costco satisfies the add-a-line part of the Pixel offer.

good info. Once I add the line at Costco, I would get a line no. I want to go back home and port a ATT number with trade in for the free phone.. Possible?

My biggest concern is Costco messing up the plan when adding a line - I know my plan is no longer offered and have 9 lines already - force can handle the situation but not sure if Costco messes it up

See post 187 just above yours. If the free phone is the Pixel 4a, I think it's possible. Just search for "pixel" in the free line thread and you'll see that's what folks are doing. Where the line was added (Costco, online, call into T-Mobile) doesn't matter for the free phone offer as long as it gets added.

Can someone confirm that these are the steps to use to get the $200 with the free line -

1 - Go to Costco with an unlocked phone.
2 - Ask the rep to activate it.
3 - While at Costco call Tmobile and get the free line activated.
4 - Give the info about the free line you just got to the Costco rep.
5 Then you get the 200 from Costco - in a gift card - sent in a couple of weeks.
